Oh yes, ecc, having the season premiere of GoT on my birthday was special! John wanted to do a big dinner but I told him I had to watch a program at 6 - and not to interrupt me (I can get away with just about anything on my b/day - or "name day" GoT style - I am Chrysryn Greyjoy :)). Poor guy - it was our 25th (silver) wedding anniversary too - so he cooked steaks and stuff 'n' shit - I nibbled after GoT.

Speaking of silver - my Sylver, known to you as Hepler (lol) is going to the vet's tomorrow for a check-up then schedule a toof cleaning - one of his lower canines broke off at the tip. It's SO expensive - dental cleaning - so I'm using my b/day $ to get it done. Better than blowing it at the casino. Crackler is a mess as usual, but his issues are all mental - like mine.

Oh - I should have thought of that - a GRILL - I've been wanting one for a while. Asked a couple dentists around here and they gave me "that look" - like, "um, NO - since when does an old lady get a grill anyway?" Narrow minded morons. Now Sylver, hmmm - he may need one since that front broken tooth may have to be extracted. Took him in today for a check up and he'll have dental work on Monday. Also had to take in our outside cat who had this gross tumor on her side. The two of them SCREAMED and howled the whole 20 miles to the vet's. But Inca stayed there - vet wanted to excise that tumor stat - Inca stays until Monday - when I take Sylver (Hepler) in for toof work.

Happy belated magic cat, but much more importantly - effing great on your four week vl being undetectable if I read this correctly. Sure hope I did.

Emelina - thank you. My 4 week VL was less than 2 - on the test my doc. used, that's considered UD. I'd sure like to see it written that way for my own peace of mind, but the nurse insists it's so. Next VL not until mid-May at 12 weeks/end of treatment. I am going to ask for a test that has the ability to go down to ZERO/undetected.

Well maybe the season premier was your initial bday present but I think last night's episode was truly for you. I think all are happy in the land of GoT.

The "Purple Wedding" was great! It followed the book pretty much (just minor changes), but what a sight to see Joffrey turning purple with blood coming out of his nostrils and mouth. There's one change to the book that I need to watch again to be sure "who done it." I'll tell you this, it was NOT the pie that had the poison in it - it was indeed the wine. The books, so far as I've read, don't even tell exactly who the "murderer" (or murderS) was - clues all over but GMM doesn't ever say, at least not as far as I've read (3 books). It was not just one person; I'm sure of that. It was a great episode. I have no idea what "big thing" is coming next - not sure if I want to read it in Book 4 or wait and be surprised. I'll prolly wait. Thankful to be spared having to see the new and boring Daario last night. Blechhhh.
