breathing issues are vague now and getting better.., head feels a little pressure, ringing in ears, aches in upper back..loose lt. stools..tired after 8 hours of taking pill...energy and carity n AM...overall feeling better and at peace with self and happy...no more tightness in chest or /heavy heart rate...It is well it is well it is well with my soul....love that song...God Bless ya'll Life is about to begin soon

re side effects going away, the specialty pharmacy nurse told me that frequently that will happen. It will get to a point at about two weeks or so and then start getting better rapidly.

I felt like I had the flu today, which is one of the common sides. Slept most of the day and feel a bit better. If that is the worse this treatment has then the next 10 weeks are going to be relatively smooth sailing.

Especially compared to the previous treatment.

It is so exciting seeing others are able to get the meds too and are able to handle it all with a sense of humor.

After I take my pill in the morning, if I go back to bed, I picture that big orange pill being like Pac Man. Going all over my insides and gobbling up that nasty virus.

Well it's day 2 on Harvoni and no real side effects. I get a little pressure in my head and have what feels like increased energy after taking the pill and then several hours later hit a wall and need to rest in bed.

So far, so good!

Lucky you HH. 8 wks will fly by. I'm on wk 7 of Harvoni now & have 5 more weeks to go. The only minimal side effect I have now is a little heat flush about an hour after I take my Harvoni. I quench it with ice water & that helps. All sides have been extremely mild & resolved entirely after wk 2-3. I figure the dragon is just steaming as it dies which is why I get a heat flush. It's down & going out. I "hear" my blood cells rejoice & sing as they are winning the battle & defeating the enemy. The warriors get stronger & multiply. Amazing stuff this Harvoni.

walkin...did you call and ask why...maybe there is paperwork that Doc left out and needs to be submitted...if you are going for appeal don't forget to add depression this is manditory and we all know the emotionally debilitating this drug has on our ambitions and motivation...loss of enthusiasm , work, esteem...press on follow the paper , ask questions find out what you need to do this is not the end of the story...go get em
