MCKENZIE ONE DAY AT THE TIME.
This is my agenda. for tomorrow, my first shot.
I have a dr appointment with my PCP to talk about pain management and vitamins.. etc.
I have to clean my room and organize it before I take shot.
Set my laptop up back on my desk so that i can get some support from you lovely ladies.
Go to grocery store for water and some go-to snacks.
take a nice long bath be4 shot.
Keep my head up!
Then when we need to do some food shopping, again we bring our list, in order not to forget anything.
Now it's time for my treatment, well I must get organized, not worry and do nothing about it, then your too late cause you are not program mentally, your comfort zone is not ready, you need to prepare yourself mentally, and this is the best way to do it.
So Good luck to all those on tx, and the new one who are about to start treatment like Amie, and mmc.
