Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

Then cook the eggs in the pan with the olive oil
When they are still runny, add the vinegar, but do NOT overcook
The eggs should be still be slightly runny when you add to the potatoes
Look at it this way, you wouldn't want lumps of hard scrambled eggs in potato salad. So you keep them a bit runny (but still cooked) so they blend in with the potatoes.
