Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Didn't make the 12 week threshold cut off, not even close. But, glad I tried, it might have worked and I never would have known if afraid to try.
All you people scared to give it a shot get up and do it. It can only get better. I know I'll be hunting trials and new treatments until I find one that works. You're gonna get sick sometime, might as well get sick trying to get well.

u need to try another DAA, preferable one that does not require an interferon backup.
There are so many new trials going on. I am paying close attention to them.
We will beat this eventually! We will! :-)
