Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
I have tried to send a message to more than one friend at a time but it doesn't work. I just wanted to tell you about some positive news. Our daughter is a senior on the High school dance team. It was our state competition this past weekend. Her team did excellent! 3 State Champions in POM, High Kick, and Novelty. They placed 3rd in Jazz dance and Hip Hop. Kristin was named senior dancer of the year and received a $1000 scholarship. We had no idea so it was quite emotional for us- I was emotional from the time I dropped her off at 730 am.
I will go the middle of Feb. to have blood work done again- it will be 6 months since I had to stop the shots. Hopefully - it is still undie!!!
