Good point Chris, key word "temporary" - its all temporary. Remind me later if I need it?
If you are already prone to headaches, absolutely tell your doctor so that he might give you a prescription for bad headaches that pop up during treatment.
Not everyone gets headaches but, if a person is already prone to headaches, they will probably get them on treatment.
I can't believe nobody mentioned the water!
Seriously, you are NOT drinking enough water. Whenever I felt a headache coming on, I just drank more water and it went away.
I used to get wicked migraines before tx and they stopped while on tx. Oddly, they have not come back either.
Water is MANDATORY to flush the toxins and all that tx crap out of your body! Drink gallons and gallons of it!
And also learn to pace yourself. As well as you may THINK you feel, you just can't do as much as you could before tx, so rest when you feel you need to and be kind to yourself.
|Listen closely to your body because it talks to yu all the time.
