Well my first tx is going to be delayed again my spleen showed up enlarged in my ultrasound so I need to get a catscan never a dull moment . Just need to get this started and overwith Steve

You may be feeling frustrated, but,its all good. Best to figure out whats happenin' with that spleen dude before introducing new stressors. The spleen has several functions. It can be affected by a number of issues. Could be just a virus. You def want to find out whats a happenin before annoying your spleen. Please let us know, we'll be thinking of you & waiting to hear.

relax and get your spleen taken care of as it filters your blood. You want your treatment to go as smooth as you can. This way you wont have to start and stop. Once you start times goes by fast after a couple of months,barb

yes, it must be frustrating to have to wait when you want to get on with things? but this is good news that they discovered something so they can check it out before you start. i remember when i first started treatment one of the things i was worried about was my spleen rupturing! sounds like you've got a good doctor whose on top of things! hugs, q

I know it always seems like hurry up and wait, but the doc is right, better to check it out. Please let us know what you find out.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
