The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
All during tx i'v had cold hands and have been cold in general. 2wk post tx and still chilled. Anyone else have this problem. Before tx i was always hot.

It's interesting how we all react in different ways. For the past fives years I've been very cold intolerent. Now, on tx, I find myself more cold tolerant than I was prior to tx. Just the opposite.

My feet are always cold since tx... almost finished and it feels like my feet have NO circulation. Prior to tx, my feet and I were always hot!

I'm just the opposite most of the time. I can't tolerate the heat, esp humidity! I wake up drenched in sweat sometimes.

Sweating is part of the tx and so are the cold hands and feet as tx messes with your thyroid.

I'm usually very tolerant of the cold but shortly after starting TX my hand were like ice and I need a heater beside my desk. Then when my thyroid took a crap from pegi it got 50 percent worse. Now its getting better by inches. I hope they have been checking your thyroid. There is sometime a pendilum effect with this situation. I'm on meds for it now and the improvement is noticable. Hey were is the spell checker around here, I also lost my first version of this post, where the hell do they go when that happens China?

I am 6 months post tx and I will be shivering when I get in to bed then wake up drenched in sweat.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
