Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Also- I have literally burnt my tongue on foods that are too warm. That was never a problem before, but now I eat my food lukewarm.
Sodas- no bueno... The carbonation in them makes my tongue hurt. I just drink my water (bottled, like you) and tea- no sweeteners. I don't count my coffee because that is more like life necessity for me! LOL-
After you eat, rinse your mouth out with some water- sometimes food particles will irritate too.
