God Bless and may those sides keep disappearing.
You will find that attitude places a HUGE part in your successfully weathering tx. So long as you don't allow yourself to give in to the sides, you will get by just fine.
Quite often, in the start, your body feels the upheavals of tx inside, then things settle down some. I compare it to the waves at the shore and the calmness as your boat goes farther out in the water.
If you just keep ignoring those sides, continuing with your life as normal, you'll feel better.
Whatever you do, don't let yourself give in, sitting back, letting tx roll on over you. If you go to the gym, keep going. If you do outdoor stuff, keep doing it.
Whether you believe it or not, tx is not as tough if you don't allow it to be. if i had been able to get decent sleep on tx, I doubt that I would have had any sides at all!
It seems that all other sides are accentuated by lack of sleep. I have been very proactive in mitigating sides...drinking tons of water, good diet, maintaining my exercise schedule, vitamins, but was reluctant to take anything to help me sleep. I have taken ambien twice since I started treatments and both times I have felt sooo much better the next morning. I have not taken anything else so far, not even tylenol. But from now on, I am going to be much quicker in taking something to help me sleep.
I also need to add, for me at least, prayer has been very important. It's been important for me as I pray myself, and I believe that prayers of others are also a big part in this. With that said..I am praying for you all!

lol Yes, I do like my sleep, and I totally agree on its helpful benefits. I could easily write 3 pages on the benefits of sleep. But I'll do you/me a favor and sum it up in a sentence or three.
Your body does 99.9% of all its repairs while you sleep. It don't matter how healthy you are, if you ain't sleeping, you ain't repairing/healing. The same thing goes for those that don't get enough sleep, or more importantly enough REM( a deep rest, where it is now believed we do most of our repairing/hormone releasing) sleep. You could be robbing yourself of some great health benefits if you're not staying asleep through the night.
So make sure you are getting plenty of peaceful sleep. And don't buy into that adults only need 6 hours of sleep "saying". That is just the minimum they need to function at a normal rate.
God Bless and don't let the bed bugs bite!
I remember when it happened to me, I would do a lot of neglected work in my home, since the good days were rare, but then it would take a few days to recover.
So even if you have a good day, pace yourself, you wouldn't want to run yourself down.
Listen to your body.
