I have been thinking about having acupuncture done for a while now. I was very skeptical about it but I hear more and more about people it helps in many different ways. They were all physical though, I don't know that it does anything for mental health. It's a good question, sorry I can't answer it!

Massage helps me. I do believe there are people who do, hopefully they will respond.

I had accupuncture for a badly sprained ankle. Worked great! I do not know how it works for stress, etc.

Different strokes.... tried it to help with sleep. Some swear by it and I swore at the little Asian doc that was doing it.... You plan to put that needle where... I don't think so Mr Miagi........

Yes! I tried it for itching at the beginning of treatment and have gone a few times since. I was amazed by how much it improved my mood and decreased my anxiety. Just be sure to find a practitioner who went to a four-year chinese medicine program and who uses single-use, disposable needles.

I love accupuncture and have a regular dr I go too and it helps me. I was skeptical at first then noticed I felt this big relief after I left the office, she said I responded well to it also. Also keep an open mind on things. Accupunture opens pathways for the body, massage is great also.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
