For sure, take something so that you can sleep; I can vouch for a messed up life if you don't get sleep. I now totally believe that you will go insane if you don't get sleep. It's horrible. I tell you, if I do tx again, I will definitely be taking sleeping pills to guarantee I get sleep.

Tried ambien CR last night. Worked a little better than the plain ambien, but still didn't get a good night. Of course, spilling a glass of water all over the night stand, clock, and cell phone at 3am wasn't a big help either!
