Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Today is my 54th B-Day, Woo Hoo, and I'm still stikin it to it. I'm mid week 9 of 24 and today the dragon has taken the day off. Probably should have journaled this (did) but thought I'd throw it out there for fodder for some "old man jokes " or something.

Dont dwell on the negative, because thats not going to solve anything. If you can change your perspective so you have a more positive, or even philosophical attitude about life.

Its very good to be in the 50's, enjoy every day but especially this day.
