Only 4 left! That's terrific. Now that you've gotten the hatches all battened down, better rest the next couple of days. there probably won't be much else to do anyway, once we lose power. I'm considering leaving town tomorrow.

Don't forget that after you take the last shot you still need to take the Vic for the rest of that week, right up until the date you'd be taking the next shot, which is the official end point

When i had 4 weeks of Vic left I alternated between "i can do 4 weeks in my sleep" to "4 damn more weeks".

When't the last time you had a viral load test? Being done and SVR, let me give you some inspiration
1-i started feeling good after the first week off meds. Not close to normal, but decidedly better
2-by week two the blood tests showed he improvement
3-Being SVR made the whole experience worth it

4 weeks, you can do it in your sleep, in the dark, listening to the wind and rain

Thats what im feeling right now "4MORE WEEKS" and then I read more posts and and i see the folks who just started and thank jesus its not me!! Just got my test results done and am still undie since week 7. Doc says all is great. Time will tell. Had to laugh at what you said about going back and forth. Ive been doing that to a t. Thats what i like about this site anything you think or go through somone else has done the exact same thing! Kinda keeps you grounded ya know

fishboy, not to ruin my reputation by being serious, but i am not a war of anyone who has gotten as far as you have in tx with consistent undies (as opposed to soiled undies) who did not complete the program undie and then get to svr

Great job Bill you are just about at the finish line.48 weeks on treatment is a big accomplishment when you are done. A true warrior.Your a great inspiration for all of us on treatment.

Doing great! Thanks for the report. I'll probably be starting triple tx in Jan. I've had a transplant, but the Hep C is messing up my new liver. I'm A1-TT, stage2-3 fibrosis, VL 14,000,000 ! I'm already anemic, low platelets, and the triple is risky for post-transplant people, but the docs day I need to try. Not feeling good about doing this.

It is so great to hear you are closet to the end.... I can't wait to get started so I can start waiting to be done.... argh, but yesterday was a day i was feeling good, normal, and i savored every single second.

Marilyn, I don't think anyone feels good about having to do treatment.... imagine your new liver thanking you and healing, and lasting a life time. it will.

Wow 44 weeks and only 4 to go and you are starting to feel better, you have to be so excited to get your life back and it will even be better than before, I can't hardly wait to be living without Hep C I truly believe that I will be a stronger person and will not take life for granite. Anyways I wish you the best of luck. I hope to get to the beach soon.

Wow fishboy,congrats on your strength to take it this far.I feel unsure everey day that i can take it all the way.Im a 48 weeker also for the third time in the last 12 years.This time seems to be the hardest probably because of age difference.But today my head will lift a little hitting the six month mark and telling my self to go on and make it all the way like others have done on this forum and still offer help and support and encouragement.
