Just want to send a thank you out to all the folks on this website. I just joined DS today, but I have been reading the topics since I started triple therapy. Can't thank you enough for all the support that I got from reading the entries. I live alone, and did treatment with the support of you all and a few close friends. Unfortunately for me, I had to discontinue therapy since I was above one thousand on my VC. My fourth treatment, and I was/am feeling pretty discouraged. I have been off Incivik for about eight days, and feeling physically a bit better every day; emotionally I am doing much better than last week. Anyhow---thank you DS folks....

Very sorry to hear that things didn't work out. I've only tried tx once but I relapsed so I will wait and see what comes along. I hope you can keep your chin up and be proud that you tried. It's not your fault that it didn't work. Thanks for joining in and i look forward to your contributions to the group.

SusanLou, things happen for a reason, there are better and easier treatments coming out real soon. they are now in clinical trials and going fast toward a cure with only oral drugs with none, or little side effects. anyway, your day is coming, hold tight.

I am so sorry and I know that it sucks to have the treatment fail. Keep posting and you will make lots of friends here. I can talk about things here that I cannot talk to anyone else about.

I agree with all,I have failed once now on triple TX,find out in 2 weeks if no good at 6 mths........It sucks but hang in there tommorow is another day.....Patience in this game is everything...

You are a superstar. Incredibly brave and strong to even attempt a fourth treatment. You deserve to beat this thing, and knowing you the little I do, my bet is on you and the newer, gentler treatments to come. Hugs.

As we say............. we dont fail tx.... tx fails us. I have been defeated 2 times and going for my 3rd attempt with 3tx next month.............. I know, as well as many of us, know exactly how you feel...... but!!!!!!! Just keep your head and chin up hun! All will be fine!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry ,but theres all pill trials and cures coming..i'm on a all pill regimen,,done 2 interferon tx's,,no good.i'm undie since day 8..in wk 14 of 24...keep u're chin up,,never give up...

Thank you everybody; i am feeling much better this week and have come to terms with all of this. Just not meant to be at this time. But I know that an undue dance is in my future. In the meantime I will stay on the site, support others, , and shake my Pom Poms as others meet their goals. GO TEAM
