Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

19 down, five more weeks to go! It has been said many times on DS that everyone responds differently to TX. The last couple of weeks have been different for me. The injections have been affecting me much quicker...within an hour or so of the shot. The next day has been really tough, but the rest of the week has been really good. It has been very nice to have several really good days in row.

kinda makes you think real hard about what 48 weeks or more of TX can do to ones spirit.

the worse part is that no one but us knows what it's like. glad we have this forum to come to and share.
