I am 34 yrs old , 5 months pregnant and just diagnosed with hep c today. Needless to say I am absolutely devastated and the more information I find on the internet the more confused I become. I was an iv drug user for a brief period of time years ago and my main worry when I got clean was HIV. When I tested negative for that awhile ago I didn't think about anything else. As I just found out today, I don't really know much and my doctor only said I had a high level of the virus in my blood and they needed to do more tests. Any words of advice on what I have to look forward to or how to emotionally deal with this news would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
