I had a giant anxiety attack, on my way to pick up my 3 month post tx vl results: I couldn't breath, and racing heart..it was very physically uncomfortable for a minute.
Luckily, I had brought a banana with me, and drank some water, and "let it go", and was able to then wait for my lab results,in a calm and orderly fashion, lol
