Thanks. I did find it online. My hematologist wants to see me before I get phlebbed on the 27th. I couldn't understand why since I saw him back in May. I only see him once a year these days. Hmm.. I'm wondering if he's going to the conference and is getting feedback from patients? He's located in Charlotte.

Wish I could go, too! I'd ask my burning question... " how are medications absorbed & metabolized with an iron overloaded liver"...... and maybe even what the neurological changes are due to HH.

If only it was SKYPED or conference call or somehow interactive so we could "attend" !

I will be there! And getting very excited about it. Thanks Queenie for passing on that info. I will be paying attention and taking notes! I was wondering if I should take some kind of a recorder. The first day is for Drs. and the next day for patients. I will have to go alone, the tickets are 75.00..and I could only afford one. I hate going to Charlotte, and I hate going alone even more,lol, so I will be looking for familiar faces from here : )

How far are you from Charlotte? I live in the Lake Norman area. I also hate going to Charlotte. The highways in Charlotte are terrible (very poor design). I would rather drive on the NJ turnpike near rte 3 (worse congestion and crazy drivers. Have to be aggressive to drive there)than drive in Charlotte.
