HI SANDRA. DO YOU SLEEP WITH YOUR ARMS UP OVER YOUR HEAD? DO YOUR HANDS GO TO SLEEP IF YOU HOLD THEM OUT STRAIT, SHOULDER LEVEL? OR WHILE USING A COMPUTER MOUSE? MINE DO. UNKNOWN REASON. SOME SAID FROM WHIP LASHES ETC. IT'S WEIRD. I JUST TRY TO LIVE WITH IT LIKE ALL THE OTHER WEIRD STUFF HH BLESSES US WITH??? I AM SORRY FOR THE CAPS. Hi Sandra! Does this only happen upon waking up in the morning? Does it wake you up during the night? There are so very many things that could be causing it. It could be a nerve impingement in your cervical spine of even in your shoulders. Actually a Chiropractor might be a good start on the road to diagnosis and treatment. They specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular issues. Often times it is simply the spine being out of alignment and therefore "pinching" nerves. A good Chiropractor will refer you out to an Ortho or Neuro if your problem is out of their scope. Good Luck!

YREKADC ,I have the same issues with my hands and the computer,I sit with laptop in my lap so my hands hang low ,seems to ease up on the hands ,and yes Sandra I have the same thing ,I sleep with a pillow elevating my whole arm level with my body ,it helps a bit . Wildforhim ,I am seriously thinking of getting referred to a Neuro ,I also have issues with sitting ,seems like it burns and I can feel every seam in my jeans plus the texture of the fabric thats in the chair .Doc had me on neorotin and then lyrica but they both give me severe nightmares so I stuck dealing with it for now .
