Hemochromatosis is a hereditary disease characterized by improper processing by the body of dietary iron which causes iron to accumulate in a number of body tissues, eventually causing organ dysfunction. It is the main iron overload disorder. Hemochromatosis is notorious for having symptoms that are often initially misattributed to other diseases.

There may be other things you can do which might help get B12 levels right.
the fatigue is no fun. I'm looking forward to it getting better with my phlebs.
have you had the gardasil shots??
those hurt bad. Shots normally don't bother me either..but those are baaad. My arm was sore for days and I passed out and everything, lol.
Meat, dairy and eggs are given as sources of B12.
You can supplement but make sure you take either (or both) methylcobalamin or dibencozide (adenosylcobalamin) which are both natural forms of B12. An artifical variant, cyanocobalamin, converts to the other forms in the body but leaves small traces of cyanide as a result.
Vitamin B12 and D3 deficiencies are believed by some doctors to be major modern problems causing numerous side effects and illnesses.
