Amira, give yourself a time limit on said tech. Set the timer, 2 hours on pc.
Or what i do because i used to spend all day on the pc, spend the morning doing something practical, ie.... hoover up, laundry, gardening, shopping, whatever... and then go on pc in the afternoon when your chores are done.
It makes me feel ive deserved it, and i feel less guilty.

Turn your phone off for an hour a day and gradually increase it. If an hour is too much, then 30 mins.
You should learn over time that you dont really need it 24 hours
My husband comes in from work and turns his off all evening.

I left my phone alone in my bedroom for a full hour! I watched Alf and worked on starting to load my dish washer. Every time I heard it ring I growled “I’m not using you until this hour is over!” I survived!!! :)

I should have said that you need to put it on silent for the time your not using it, if you dont feel you can turn it off.
I mean otherwise its like being on a diet with a chocolate bar in front of you!
Put it on silent in another room : )
