I better mention everyone knows me as many different names due to my paranoia, but originally I was known as StarBrightGal, then Star, and sooo many other names before I came up with Amira, which means something that my Lebanon friend told me. 70F rain expectedThe rain is ok but not while I'm on my way to cardiology appointment. This is the quarterly EKG and lab work and just general check up on how the meds are working and I'm feeling.
