We sure are a slow group lately.. I know that it is hotter than you know what where I am. No getting out and walking. That has to be done at the mall.
I wonder if everyone else is just hibernating too.

LOL, Yep, hubby and I are staying inside too. We live in Fl and it's been way toooooo hot for him to go out. I thought we were the only ones hibernating!!! LOL!!! Come most days, we stay up all night and sleep all day, really driving me nuts - nutzer, LOL. Hugs, Susie

Hi Hilda, lucky you have a close mall to walk in! I would have to walk there before it opened so i wouldnt do more than window shop!
Hope you are well. Been puttering in the garden, getting some herb plants going. Created a gardening space and my hubby put in a tie out for the dogs so they can come out with me when i garden. Luckily they are more interested in squirrels and birds than my plants! Been doing a lot of resting, simple things now require stops...but life goes on...

It IS slow on here! My hubby (the one with HF) and I are trying to stay on track with walking and jogging, but the humidity is really getting to us. I don't even have HF and I feel like I'm going to keel over when I try to run!!

I'm really tired in the summer heat too (and I know I'm a wimp because I live in Michigan!)

I have noted all the heart groups are slow, I have to assume it's the heat.

Yesterday I was puttering around in the house, when I heard a consistent banging on the door to our back yard. When I finally opened the door and looked out, there were our three tortoises, Rocky, Stoner, and Pebbles, dancing around on tip toes on the blazing sand, begging to come into the air conditioned house and out of the sweltering 109 degree furnace we call the Arizona desert.

I had to make a heart wrenching decision not to let them in for the safety of our dog. She's a chow, and our tortoises love chinese food.

So can anybody tell me where the coolant refill tube is on my defibrillator?
