Why when you try to eat right it gets so darn expensive.It is alot cheaper to processed foods.I am trying to stick to weight watchers and it is so much more expensive to buy fresh fruits and veggies.I am attempting to make me and my husband more healthy,but i guess we will have to give up something else.I do however love the farmers market.I should have paid more attention to Mom and grandma when the were canning and cooking for all of us.I quess you learn the hard way
Money - who cares - it will make a world of difference.
Look over the Paleo diet on the internet - that is where i am and it is amazing.
