I did not read the link but can tell you that I meditate on a daily basis and it makes a huge difference. There are plenty of meditations that can be downloaded or the CD purchased through Amazon.com. I am calmer and feel much better. It is easier to let go of the "not so important" thinks. Helps the BP too.

Hey

I looked for quite a while thru your article - and i checked the vitamin section - i could not find any references to vitamin D. And that did not surprise me - seems as if most doctors do not recognize its importance. However, there is a clear established relationship between vitamin D insufficiency and heart failure.
