What do you think if your EF could increase a 20%??
I was amaze a few days ago when I read this article:

The important facts are in tables 1 and 3.
There is a group of scientists that during 9 months gave a group of HF patients a "cocktail" of micro nutrients (mainly vitamins and minerals) and the average EF increased in about 20%.
I already have the article printed, to discuss in my next visit to my cardiologist.
I am trying to see where can I found complements that with a minimum number of pills gave me, at least those quantities of nutrients ... what seems to be much more difficult of what I thought.
Any of you has been prescribed or is following a similar diet??

i'm not sure if it would help otherwise, since, the study was only done on people with those features. for example, maybe deficiencies are only present in those age ranges in the first place.
