Heart Attack Support Group
Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.
What a good post! I like the idea of sharing stress relief; it will be very interesting to see what each of us finds successful.
I journal. I started on DS actually. I'd never been a journaler or diary keeper before. However, I found the journal feature here to be a great help in letting out feelings, both good and bad, although usually bad is what brings me to it. I have recently been keeping a hard copy journal (in a real book!) and have found it to be very useful, too. There are things there I don't want to share with anyone except me and God, and while DS has a feature so that no one can see my journal entries except me, I like writing with a pencil. I like the way the lead drags across the paper, I like the way it feels in my hands. Maybe I like that I get stuff off my chest and I feel something as the pencil connects with the paper. I always write in pencil, never in pen. I don't get the same sensation with a pen.
Can't wait to hear what others find helpful.
