Heart Attack Support Group
Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.

Here is a hug to you all. It isn't a quick hug either, but rather one that lingers. I adore and admire all of you and you are all very special.
With much affection,
Minor4th
Didn't grow up with a lot of hugging. Became much more of a hugger as an adult. VERY healing and nurturing.
Thanks Louie, for reminding us of the healing power of such seemingly simple, yet powerful things as a good hug.
I don't think so.
Here is a big hug and good wishes Louie...And all the rest of myu friends here in DS....
I thank yoiu all for everything.

Here is a big group hug and a thank you for all the help, advice, and friendship everyone has given me and Minor7th over the last year. What a difference a year can make.
FYI -- April 6, is the 5th anniversary of Minor7th's new life.
Namaste,
Minor4th
A hug is a really meaningful gesture: It is not a:
Chest Bump or a Shoulder Clap or a High Five or a Head Butt or even a Shake of a Hand or a Rub or Patt on the Back.
We have a park here in Philly, Rittenhouse Square" to the locals, where I often spend time milling about, playing guitar and chatting with folks and enjoying the people and various characters who frequent this park also.
There is a group that comes every Sunday when the weather is pleasant and they walk aroung giving strangers hugs. They hold large poster size signs that read "Free Hugs" and they walk around the whole park hugging strangers. It seems the wierder the people there are, the more likely they are a magnet to a hugger.
Here's the thing:
These are not just typical hugs you would give at a greeting or a so-long friend. These are really hugs that go past the comfortable time for strangers. Not like a quick embrace, a smile and a by-your-leave. These are real long gentle squeezy hugs that touches your personal space in a very good basic way, just as Louie states. Probably a little over 8-10 seconds. Now that is a hug. It is facinating to watch these people and the expressions on their faces when these huggers invade their space. It turns from uncomfortable to warm and meaningful and undeniably brings a smile on to the faces of all who participate.
Now that's the kind of hug you all are getting from me ; a real "Squeezy Hug" . And since I was brought up in Britain probably and kiss on the cheek will accompany it. It doesn't always matter if your male or female for the kiss. I am more comfortable with women than men doing that especially if the men are connected mob guys like Johnny or Mountain men like Minor 7th. But Hell Richie I would even go as far as smackin him right on the mouth for effect. Also that would give him an exrtra anchor point when he hugs coz he's liable to take us both down when he lets go of his cane or walker for the hug. So absolutely Louie. it is the basic thing that we tend to take for granted.
Love you all,
Just Joe
It is wonderful seeing and knowing and hearing your "Humor" once again!
