Heart Attack Support Group
Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.
But yeah I think it's commen sense in what you wrote.
De-stresser helps us all.
Thanks for your input
Great post reminding us all that we do and can excersise some control in our heart health. Your key word here is to "practice" these excersises, because, as we all know, stressors are the hidden intangible which seem to be playing a larger role as a determining factor in sudden MI couple with the known variables. The known variables can be arrested, but the damage has already occurred, so the smoke cessation and mindfulness in eating can curb further advancement of the disease. It is truly amazing how much actual control we have over our own health. In addition with what you said here Louie, I would like to add two very powerful components to our recoveries and that is "Attitude" and a "Faith" coupled with prayer. We have all experienced first hand the occurreneces of unexplained phenomena, "Miracles", I am one. For me to say that goes against every tenet I have ever embraced in my whole life. For this, I am truly thankful. It is much easier to face this with family, friends and friends as advocates rather than be gussied up in a mire of doubt, fear and bereavement.
Good post Louie,
Best Regards Friend,

So are you saying that when we eat alone, we're not supposed to have both the tv on and something to read (that's what I prefer to do- can't even eat when home alone til I have tv tuned in and something to read propped in front of me)?!!! :-)
Hobby- cooking heart-healthy meals counts, right? Very enjoyable.
Quiet time outdoors- oh spring, please come soon!!!!
Put yourself first. Ahem . . . may take a bit of work! :-)
Yes, pretty simple.
And yet not so
Can you tell us where we can read more about this, please? Thanks!
