Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.

The feature film Forks Over Knives examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting our present menu of animal-based and processed foods.

I watched the trailer. Dr. Esselstyn is one of the MD's featured in the movie. I will probably have to wait till it comes out on video before I can watch it, but I definitely will. Thanks Louie.

The Dahli Llama lives on eucuplyptus leaves. Does Dr. E say any thing about Sue's smoothies?
