Hello, Folks!!

I had/have Chronic Heart Failure. Could not take a breath. Scared the S&*t out of me. Have cut back on sodium salt. Because I'm in a wheelchair from a stroke, fluid keeps accumulating. At this point, my legs have so much fluid, walking, even w/ a walker is not working. The condition is self-perpetuating (if that's right). I feel OK, just waiting for the S%^T to hit the fan. NOT fun.

Well, If you are following your doctors orders, you should find, that in time it gets better. Do here have you on lasex or something similar?

At times, we all have, or at least for myself seems to be overwhelming. It does get better, but it requires determination and work.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
