I hate guys who are always late, it will get old fast! Guys who are too touchy feely. Stop trying to hug me and kiss me just be my friend first and let's share some laughs. Leads me to guys with no sense of humor, if you don't laugh I can no longer speak to you lol. I also hate when people are unnecessarily rude to others, if a man can't be respectful and have common courtesy that is a HUGE turn off for me. I agree with bad hygiene for sure, and not having ambition or desire to get somewhere in life. There's too many little boys who do nothing but live off their baby's mothers welfare, run the streets, drink and smoke all day. Such a turn off.
Oh and guys who shave their arms, or legs, or arm pits, or pubic area. Sure, manscape a little but I've seen guys who have LANDING STRIPS. That's a no in my book!

Silent, you could start out slow with no pressure. If you suggest it after a shower, you're half way there!!! You could ask her to kiss it first, and then ask her to just lick it, then, with your deep, husky, sexy voice, ask her to lick the tip of it a couple times...

The one thing I think you need to be careful of is to not make her feel that you're shoving it down her throat. That's not a good feeling!!! And no matter how excited you get, don't push her head down shoving her into your crotch because that can also be a very scary feeling. After a while, some women might love those things, but you sure don't want to start out too rough or she'll never do it again. Also, (I know, this sounds like a lot of precautions, but trying to help here) don't make her feel that she has to swallow it when you come. I think that is called Halitosis. I know someone that has the most disgusting breath. Even when he talks it is so gross. It is like you need a mask just to have a conversation with him. Do you think if I wore a mask he would notice or take it personally? LOL

For me it would be bad personal hygiene. If someone is not fresh "down there", there is no way I am going to make the trip - ugh! Been in that situation before and it is foul.
