Anybody had it? It's a tightening of the vagina upon penetration that either prevents it or makes it too painful to do. It can be from a traumatic sexual experience (physically or possibly emotionally painful).

Yes....had it all my life until I married my husband...The key is relaxing. On our wedding night, he couldn't get it in because of this problem but eventually we worked thru it and now.....IT'S SUPERB!!!! I know it's not easy to relax, but it's also an issue of trust and slowness. Go at your pace and breathe and stuff. Now I feel like a pro and soon you will too!

I'm dealing with a past issue that resulted from a traumatic first time and now years later during the tearing apart of relationship I didn't feel emotionally "safe" with him or comfortable to say "no" (I didn't want to do it) and I could feel myself tensing up like I had in the past. It is not going to be an issue that I can see because we're no longer together and I'm looking forward to another phase of celibacy... :)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
