Here is a funny story about something I figured out when I was in highschool. I am now teaching this to women at my gym. They laugh at first, then see the sense in it.

When I was in highschool Spanish class, we sometimes had a substitute teacher that was a native Spanish speaker. One day he was critiquing our accents. He explained that Spanish is a romance language, you have to put feeling and love into everything you say. He said that's why the ladies always like the Mexican men, because of their romantic accent.

So I started practicing my Spanish at home in front of the mirror. I worked on perfecting my sexy Spanish accent lol. And I learned something very valuable. Talking to myself like that in front of the mirror made me feel better about my body. It made me feel more sexy.

So now I still talk to myself in the mirror in Spanish. I will walk by and be like "Ooh, una chica muy sexy." Then sometimes I will pose or rub my curves and be like "Mmm una chica mas sexy!" Lol I swear it works! English just isn't the same.

I may be a crazy dork, but it helps when I'm feeling down on myself.
