Ok I have lots to say so if you don't like reading then find a shorter post.
I have quite a few things to address here.
I want to be completely honest beyond a shadow of a doubt. For those who've always wondered does size matter? The short answer is yes. This is a two way street by the way, but I'm going to address men first because there's less to deal with there. Being a woman I guess I would have a lot more to say there.
For those men who just wanted to be enlightened, women do like bigger penises. As for my self I'm greedy I want both length and width. But I think most women want width. And if she says anything different she's probably trying to be nice and not hurt your ego. While some men envy the horse don't envy the elephant. Some women like pain but even I don't want to tangle with an elephant in bed.
However, you should focus on your relation ship and worry less about your penis size. Women do not choose to be with men based on the size of their penis, average size has been proven to be adequate to do the job. What most women are looking for is security. Not saying women are gold diggers but the size of your paycheck is more influential then the size of your penis. And FYI money still talks louder than looks. But personality is probably equally important in a woman's mind. Who wants to marry a rich ass hole? Well some might be stupid enough to but the smart ones avoid it.
All that being said I now would like to talk about women. Maybe in the past the women were in the dark on this issue but thanks to the porn industry many are quickly becoming aware. Not not only does size matter but now we have to worry about looks too. I myself worry more about size and less about looks but then again mine doesn't look that bad. Size wise how ever I definitely feel slighted. Not only do women have to worry about her vagina being tight enough and looking younger, but she also has to worry about breasts sagging. There is a much higher rate of men leaving women for younger versions then women leaving their men for younger ones.
Why nature designed women to need smaller vagina's to attract men is pretty illogical. You would think it would be more advantageous to be bigger since a baby does come out of there at some point. And baby's do stretch that area out. A lot more than the common misconception that a loose vagina means an over sexed woman. While some women do shrink back to a normal size some unfortunate ones do not. Kegels do help some women but not all. As for me I have done them a lot and have had a 0% success rate. Also the thing about fat vs thin is not true, I've been both fat and thin and it has never changed the size down there. Also after talking to women I found out that more fat women thought they were tighter and the thin ones thought they were bigger. Whether that's true its hard to know because it's not like measuring down there is easy.
I've read on some websites that we women are suppose to talk to the doctor if we feel insecure down there. Bullshit I told my gynecologist and they were very unconcerned and insensitive about it. And if you're a poor ass like me you can forget about your insurance covering surgery. There are medical reason that they will cover it and I don't have any of them. I was also insulted by my male obgyn because my boobs are saggy. He asked me if I wore a bra. He said something else insensitive but I don't remember any more. I just remember feeling insulted. I've worn a bra since I grew them, even to bed. Yes they are big but they have always pointed in the wrong direction.
Even though I grew up believing that men like big boobs it has never once been useful in attracting the opposite sex. I'd trade my size for perky ones. So once again women have a lot more insecurities about their sex organs then men.
few I thought I had a lot more to say but that's all I can complain about for now. I needed to vent about it some where.

That's not to say that ways can't be found for loving couples to get around the size difference issue.
and sorry if the title of this tread was a bit miss leading that wasn't intentional.
First, I have to comment on that Obgyn...what a huge gigantic PRICK!! Id call him Dr. Shithead. Not only did he disregard your feelings ( that you are truly concerned about and probably very nervous to even ask about in the first place) he had to insult you about one of the most vulnerable areas that a woman may have- and he knows exactly how hurtful that is!
He was so unprofessional that he should be reported. Maybe find a new Doc?
As for that surgery there are only a few ways insurance will cover it. One is I know this probably scary but, sometimes when a woman has her uterus removed her vagina can collapse on it's self. It doesn't just sound painful it is painful. And these women usually have to wait long periods of time and go through a lot of bullshit before they can get the surgery.
There is another way to qualify and I don't remember it off hand.
All I know is that I don't have either of these conditions so I won't be getting this surgery end of story.
Other wise there is nothing I can do about it. Honestly it might not matter at this point in my life. I am single and I have lost my sex drive any way. Still it's something that has always bothered me. And if I had the chance to get this surgery I would jump at it even though there are some risks involved.
I've never been asked by any man I've been with sexually if he was big enough to satisfy me but I've never been with a man who is insecure and would feel the need to ask. An insecure partner doesn't suit me at all so if I were with an insecure guy, it wouldn't last very long.
The only time I've heard that question asked was on message boards and I have no reason to lie to protect some guys ego on a message board. Penis size doesn't matter to me, if a man I was with had ED it wouldn't matter to me, there's a whole lot more to my sex life than penis/vagina penetration or penis/anal penetration. Intercourse is just one type of sex out of many that we engage in and intercourse isn't something we engage in every time we have sex. My partner occasionally has issues with ED, it's a non-issue for us and has no bearing on our sex life whatsoever.
Now I will say the size of the dildo I use while doing my partner with a strap-on does matter to him. He likes them on the large size, he enjoys pushing past his limits.
You said " So once again women have a lot more insecurities about their sex organs then men." Maybe generally speaking that's true but you can't speak for all women, not all women have insecurities about their sex organs or any other part of them. I am not insecure about my boobs, my pussy or any other part of my body and I never was insecure. I'm always sexually satisfied, my partners have always been sexually satisfied and that's all that matters to me.
As for a man's paycheck, money plays no role in what I want in a man. I don't need a man's bank account for financial security and I'm not dependant on my partner for financial security. I'm capable of taking care of myself.
As I said earlier, just my opinion.

I'm not sure what part has it but if you watch the whole thing it proves it. So yeah not all women all the same but if you wonder what I was basing it on it was this video.
Not every thing in this video is true for me either for example I'm more attracted to men who have feminine features instead of masculine. So sure there are always exceptions to the rule.
As far as the looks I just got done reading an article of the increase in demand for labia plasty surgery AKA vaginal rejuvenation. When women were asked why they wanted it the number one reason given was because of a comment the husband made.
I don't know if the porn industry is really the problem but it certainly took the blame.
On size of a woman, the size may be about the same on all women. At the entrance of the vagina, there is a muscle which keeps it closed when not in use. There is a similar muscle around the anus. It is the muscle tone and strength, which makes the entrance tight or not.
Women can exercise that muscle, make it stronger and with better tone, and do a lot for themselves and their partner.
There are instruments which can measure that tightness. I think it was the researchers who wrote the book, "The G-Spot, who did the research and found that women with tighter openings enjoyed sex more than those with less muscle strength.
Lastly, on my part, older men sometimes seek younger women because the younger women appear more healthy. For eons men sought out healthier women because there was a better chance of them concieving and delivering a child, thereby healping the male spread his seed. That may not be the case today, but unconsciencsly it may be. Women who have a waist measurement of 70 percent of the hips are considered sexy by most men. That ratio means they can push out a baby. Women who have a Body Mass Index of 20.8 have been found to be the most attractive to most men. The desirability factor fell off rapidly just a point or two above and below that number. Age of a woman has nothing do do with either of those numbers.
Being healthy and attractive will not necessarily keep the man in your life, but will attract them. Also I have never heard of a couple breaking up because the other partner looked too healthy. lol
FYI some times the muscles in the pelvic wall tare beyond repair during childbirth. Women who have this problem need surgery to correct it. No amount of kegels will fix it. Yes kegels do help a lot of women how ever I am not one of them. Don't brush me off when I say I have done them a lot. I have OCD and I've done them a lot. they never did a damn thing!
Besides the kegels only really tighten the opening of the vagina It is the inside of my vagina that is extra large. In my case I need a big penis or honestly I am not going to feel a thing, or enjoy sex. Plus I have asked a few sex partners in the past about it. Some were reluctant to answer, and some were honest. Not that there weren't other clues before but yes I'm well aware things are loser down there than the normal average woman.
I'm not saying I can't do things wild and crazy and use lots of toys. But some times I just want normal sex. What's wrong with that?
I think you may be right... surgery may be the only answer.
I really hope you can find a way to do that...
