just a poem, cause I like to write
bout all the things, neither wrong or right
as leaves, trickle down, the temperatures fall
I'm sure all of us are looking to ball
Halloween, round the corner, that's right
a dressup time, not always for fright
so ladies, dress sexy, to excite the men
and boy do they love,love, love it, you can tell by their grins
Thanksgiving will follow, with the normal fabulous feast
family and friends gather, and we all gain a little, to say the least
then there is Christmas, what a joyful time
I can say whatever I want, this is my rhyme
Yes fall is upon us, the leaves are a changing
and for the next few months our thoughts will be rearranging
Who was that girl, at the Halloween bash
The tight knit sweater,and the red scarlet sash
what a looker, coulda been a hooker
Or how bout that dude, with the 6 pack abs
heard those two hooked up, he gave her the crabs
As we set down at home for that late November feast
the dude with the abs is my cousin from back east
and wow what a surprise, that hooker looker was an easy piece, damn just wish, she wasn't my niece
Now into the Giving, Christmas day will be here
exchangong gifts and partaking in cheer
the year is going quickly, same as this beer
take a gander around, take in the sights
watch all you can, take notes on it all
and if you go out and are looking to ball
you might be doing a cousin, and most places that aint right.
just use some caution , some common sense
cause that hottie, that stud, who looks good in your eye

Mid-October Dawning Wind
It Had Rained,
The World Was Wet.
Ordinary, Where I Live,
In Mid-October.
And The Wind Was A-Rustlin,
Gently, Gently,
A Soothing Sound.
The Trees Were Whispering Soft Sounds Of Waking.
But A Noisy Pick-Up Truck Drove Down The Rain-Soaked Street And I Thought How Annoyingly Loud The Sound It Was Making Was,
Obscuring The Rustle Of The Wind.
As If II Response The Wind Became Louder,
And When The Truck Passed,
I Thought Good,
And The Wind Grew Soft Again....

That actually happened to me. Yesterday morning. I was writing about the wind and a pick-up truck did go down the street. So be honest and tell me what you think of my poem.
