AWWWWWWWW Good luck to you sweety.My actual proposal was during the superbowl....My favorite day of the year. But what made it the best was that my husband asked not only my dad but also my daughters permission before asking me. It was so sweet and thoughtful!!!!

I proposed on the anniversary of our first date. I ordered food from her favorite restaurant, and put a white table cloth on the table with two candles. Her best friend took her out "shopping" so that she wouldn't be around while I was setting up. I texted her friend and told her to bring her home. When she walked in, I was waiting in the entrance to the kitchen. I think she knew what was happening because I was really nervous. I can't remember if I got down on one knee or not, but I pulled on the box, opened it and asked her to marry me. Of course she said yes, and the rest is history.

dude, heres an Idea, take your love for a walk on the beach, In one hand hold the ring, at a good moment say when the sun is setting low, fake seeing something in the sand, kneel down, grab a handful of sand, hold it out to her, pretend to pour it from one hand through the other holding the ring and then the rest is up to you. Whatever you do put some thought into it and make it something that the two of you will remember. Make it something that means love and romance to HER and YOU. It's different for everyone as far as what that means. I would go with what you know her to be. Your heart has already told you. You already know the answer to your own question :0) I can't wait to hear your reply...

Figure out how to say Why you want to marry her, even if you read it off your notes as long as its your words she will love it.
Thats about all i can think of, go somewhere thats special to you 2, not for sure expencive doesnt have to be, just make sure its special. And revisit that place after years have gone by.

My hubby and I talked about it and went to buy the ring together. There was no surprise, "Will you marry me?" Every relationship is different. I bet you will decide something great that fits the two of you!

my fiance asked me at the peir in corpus christi, first we ate diner at olive garden then we rode over to the peir and he said i have to ask you something u may not like ,got me scared for about 10 minutes then popped out the ring and asked if i would marry him.

Just do it the right way, there isn't really a need for a special place or setting as long as you tell her what she means to you and speak directly from your heart... that is all that really matters and she will love it.

Y'no, I could go off on a tangent here on how I'd like this to happen, but the fact is what I want, and what I'm into vs what your partner to be is into are likely two entirely different things.

I think I'd slit my wrists if someone got on one knee in front of me. She may find the pier, or wherever painfully boring and be allergic to horses.

i dont recommend this but my hubby and i were arguing about something stupid. mom and dad was in the other room i think doing the same i dont know anyway we were in the middle of it and just out of no where he's like lisa marry me. shocked i was like wtf what did you just say he repeated it i was like you know you have really shitty timeing we both started laughing of corse i said yes so then we started hugging we sat down at the table and was looking at eachother and was like what were we arguing about again we couldnt remember so we just started laughing.
