Rear entry can sometimes be uncomfortable for me as well, a lot depends on the guy and what angle it goes in at, if that makes any sense.
Going on top is another slightly awkward one, I can do it but it takes a bit of effort to find an angle where it works. I really need the guy to sit back and let me control the pace.
