After reading the thread about porn star in school it got me to thinking just what is the diffinition of pornagraphic anyhow. It seems that pictures and videos of what most of us do or wish we did is what most call porn. So why does the term have such a bad conotation?
Is is just porn if it dipicts something freaky that one would not do themselves so they consider it porn? If it is just having sex then it is just something most adults do anyhow so why is it bad?
Just one of the things I think about sometimes. Why society decides that certain things are "bad". Like "bad" words. Who dicides that a word is bad? Porn, we all do it or want to so who dicided that it should have a name that makes it "bad"?
Is it porn if the people are not married? There are videos with married people having sex so is that porn?
If a young couple have wild and crazy sex then it is just fine. But if they later find out that they are long lost brother and sister then it is just terrible. Why?
I guess it is just what our society has decided somewhere sometime or other. Sometimes I just wish I could find these people and ask them how they decide what is acceptable and what it's.

I still cringe inside when I remember my mother's misguided attempts to be all 'hip' and 'liberated' about the nudity question back in the 70s. But ironically, the one time I did get caught in a spontaneous game of "you show me yours and I'll show you mine" with a group of other kids, she absolutely hit the roof - so much for it all being natural .........*giggles*
Needless to say it's turned me into an old stick-in-the-mud, no-one sees me naked unless there's a damn good reason for them to ;)
On the same basis on 50% beaches nudity would be an option, in 50% swimming pools etc.
As it currently stands society forces people to wear clothes.
And besides which, I can think of several sports where both men and women definitely need the support to stop any painful bouncing around .........
