Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.
Age can be very misleading. Just because a person is older in age does not mean he is more mature or emotionally more developed.
The same goes for younger. Actually there are some younger people that are more grown up than older. So I would say it totally depends on the person. I also think it has to do with life experiences.
But good luck.
Now, I'm the older one in a relationship with a similar age gap. He and I have had an emotional but platonic relationship/friendship for over a year. He frequently stayed at my house (in a separate room) until one day he climbed into bed with me. I should have said no but he was so sweet, warm and willing...
We've been seeing each other for several weeks now and it's exciting for us both. Where it will lead or how long it will last, I have no idea.
It would appear that ours is a cougar/cub situation, but it was born differently. I don't consider myself a cougar. I find the term and it's connotations coarse and distasteful. Yet, here I am...
This person and I have a mutual attraction and interest in one another that we have carefully avoided until recently. It was an area that we never entered. We did hug and kiss on the cheek when when saying hello and goodbye. Until he got in bed with me, I wasn't sure if there was mutual attraction--in fact I was pretty sure that there was none. I didn't even admit to myself that I was drawn to him sexually.
I am the more experienced partner and find myself guiding him. He seems eager for the instruction and not put off at all. I find it thrilling.
I was married to an older lady she had 14 yrs on me,
It didn't work good, b/c she was possesive & jealous.
She ruined friendships I've had for 10 yrs. & future ones b/c she was afraid of me leaving her. It was her own insecuritys that caused the problems.
I couldn't move off the couch without a where ya goin.?. constantly.
I stayed with her until the last kid moved out of the house,
then not long afterward I moved out.
They were my stepsons, but they are my sons in heart & 15 yrs after divorcing their mom.we talk often.
I knew a couple who had a 30 yr age difference.
They were 'ok' until he had a stroke & couldn't make $$$ for her.
after his stroke she treated him worse than their dogs.
the guy used to bend over backwards to please her.
after the stroke 1 day he told her he was hungry for dinner.
she popped a bag of popcorn & threw it at him.
I had to open it for him...
but age doesn't matter if ya'll have trust, same interests & let eachother be themselves. & truly love & Like eachother.eachother..
You're questioning this for a deeper reason maybe?
If you're truly in love & like eachother stick with it. !
If not part your ways.
Don't take other ppl's views about the Age thing.
Be true to yourself & your partner about you being comfortable with eachother...
He was 26 I was 31. I broke three rules for him...1 never date online, 2 never date someone younger than me , 3 never date someone shorter than me ( hes about 5'7" n me 5'9".)
We have been together 6 yrs as of july 4th..and at least I plan to die with him by my side....thats my plan cant be positive of his although he says the same
Our relationship is pretty much equal and we do well for the most part. Any time we do have a fight or disagreement it has nothing to dp with age n its never a factor even brought up.
Hope yours works out well ! :-)
It was supposed to be do..lol
