I really just think it is a inner voice that you go with. I have had two guys say similar things to me but one I found totally creepy and the other I knew was just being silly. I think that it is all about attitude.

Interesting. See, I sometimes find "nice guys" to be the TRUE creepers. The ones that attempt to prettify everything and be your friend, and try to make something out of something it isn't - that's a TRUE PRICK.

It's my opinion (my GOD I use that WAY too much) this is NOT a dating site. If you happen to meet someone, and want to hook up, g'head. But it is not the rationalization for this site.

The 'nice guys' or at least humans here, belong to a community or two, are those that post about, offer opinions and have something to say before they send you the 'hey sexy' message.

I struggle with this one all the time. If I come off TOO NICE, I get forever shuffled to the back of "friend zone" in a woman's mind and used as a sugar-daddy, taxi service, babysitter or some other such nonsense, never getting placed to the head of the so-called "stud-list". If I come off wanting sex right away, I'm perceived by a woman as a scumbag. I suppose having a sense of humor and making sexual inuendos or calling her a cutie if you're interested in a girl for sex is probably the best approach, because then at least she knows that there is some sexual interest on your part, and you're not too sappy about it, but the obnoxiousness is kept to a tolerable level. The "fine art of diplomacy" with a woman is a very fine art indeed, and is not an exact science. It's all a guessing game (LOL).

I think it's about the balance between being considerate/interested but also still having a mind of your own.
I've met too many 'yes-men' when I've been single, they can be sooo good at saying all the 'right' things - or what they think you want to hear. Whereas I'm not looking for someone who agrees with me about everything, just someone who can speak his own mind but still respect my opinions.
Just my thoughts.
