Healthy Sex Support Group
This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.

Just wanted to add: These late-night infomercials for so-called "male enhancement" products make it seem like a man shoulders all the responsibility of sex in a marriage. Of course, anatomically, if the hard-on doesn't work, sex isn't going to happen, but ladies share some of this too.
Sexual intimacy needs to remain a priority in people's lives. I think, in between kids, working, paying bills and household chores, sex kinda gets lost in the shuffle, until after 20 years, people wonder "where did our sex life go?" Gotta keep it sexy.
If a hard-on doesn't happen, penis/vaginally penetration and/or penis/anal penetration might not happen but that would only be a problem if those things are the "be all and end all" of having sex with a partner.
You're absolutely right in saying "gotta keep it sexy" and I must add exciting to that even with raising kids, paying bills, household chores, volunteer work and all the other responsibilities that come with marriage, kids, the white picket fence. We never allowed the lovers in us get thrown on the back burner due to raising our sons, working, finances, household responsibilities, etc. It's all about finding balance and not neglecting any part of your life.
You see all kinds of "miracle" products in them designed to work wonders, and take your money. Do the products work? Who knows. Never tried any. Anyways, at 46, the libido is just fine, given a pretty, wanton woman who wants me, and I know of one who just might...
It's a matter of making sex and a relationship a PRIORITY, in our minds, when money, work, raising kids, etc. always seem to intrude and take precedence.
And it's true, the tongue, fingers and plastic toys can work wonders in the absence of a hard penis! Do elaborate if you wish!
Balance: Yes...working on that.
