Sexy dressing woman piss off a lot of people. But why?
Most women and men dress to attract, period. And they should as healthy humans beings, they WANT to appear healthy, sexually. The health of the human species as a whole is directly related to their ability to successfully reproduce (despite the abuse of Earth that it causes).
If she is overdoing it, well.....why does that bother you? And i am curious what that means exactly? is she morbidly obese? Is she having unprotected sex as a result? how do you know? OR is your family very conservative?
best of luck, i am certain you do have her best interests in mind. also know that many women with such overly "sexy" issues tend to have issues with sex stemming from childhood. Abuse, etc. I am not saying that is her issue...but....who knows. We need more info.
Clearly wearing sexually suggestive and appealing clothing does in fact advertise one's sexuality. The message is probably "I am f---able" more than "f--k me". Certainly one could dress very provocatively and still be a virgin. The more interesting question, as others have alluded to, is why she is sending this message.
Humans have a BIG problem with female sexuality. We've been scared to death of it for about 10,000 years. There is, however, absolutely nothing wrong with being sexual; it is part of who and what we are. I think in many ways that women have received the short end of the stick here (pun intended).
However, because society generally has a problem with expressions of sexuality, this provides an opportunity to use it to act out. Is that what's going on here? The real issue isn't how short this girls dresses are, it is why is she sending these messages? To me, it doesn't sound like a fashion statement. She wants people to notice and the question is why?
However, I think the message she is receiving is "I'm not good enough, I've already screwed up my life so what's the point. The only thing I have to offer is my body - or the only thing people want from me is my body. I'm not lovable." - These message play havoc on a young woman's mind. IMO, she needs professional help. She needs people close to her to demonstrate that she is a good person and that she is lovable. Of course, this is just my opinion based on the small bit of information provided over the internet. I could be way off base. Take it for what it's worth.
But, from what you said, considering her addictions, that's probably not the case. Best of luck with her.
