I had great sex this morning. I must be lighter on the scale. I stopped all eating after 6pm and incorporated some fruits into my diet even though when I eat them I am hungry again two hours later. I won't tell the hubby how long it's been though because he would be sad. On the bright side, I haven't had this much fun in years! Gee. I must have missed how much fun I had riding on top like I used to. This time I rode until I felt something and I put more energy into it. But it was a great feeling. Also I started an aerobic exercise class last week and the old ladies in the class can work out harder than I can. I'm coughing all the time and this one old lady told me to take it easier. I told her I'm always like that until my body gets used to it I know I used to to step aerobics a long time ago and the same thing happened till I adjusted to the high intensity workouts. I'll be fine. I'm going again tomorrow and I don't cough during the entire class only a couple times here and there anyway.

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

Keep up the good work!
I've always been into working out with strength training, cardio and I walk/run 5 miles a day, it's a routine part of my life. I have PTSD and sticking to an exercise program helps tremendously. My 25 year old son suffers from clinical depression and anxiety disorder, he's also a gym rat and it helps him take control of his mental issues instead of his mental issues controlling him.
At times I couldn't do it due to being sick or after surgery, I felt like crap not only physically but mentally and the PTDS symptoms (anxiety, depression, panic attacks, flashbacks) would start coming back full force. Working out gives me much more energy, makes me feel great physically and it keeps my PTSD symptoms under control.
