...from reading these posts, I hear so many women whose men have completely lost sexual interest in them, or men who fall madly in love while their ladies could care less.
Since when did men become the "women" and women become the "men" in relationships? When exactly did that paradigm shift happen-? I must've been asleep during it lol.
Over the last 20 years, it seems men have become whimpy, whiny, lovesick puppies while women have become aggressive, confident sexual vixens. I'm all for the latter, of course, and can handle such a woman, but men can and should be confident too!

I get what you're saying..in the last few weeks, my husband has turned into complete mush over me...something very brand new. He is bending over backwards to make sure I have a smile on my face every single moment of the day. koolman women with drive deserve men with drive in those particular interests and visa versa. i fucking hate 90% of the women in america because its this my way or the highway attitude. a girl who is willing to take part in your interests is a keeper as long as she isnt a total controllingbitch.

Men had to be the strong asshole and show no emotion and the women were there just to please the man and his needs (cook, clean, give him action when he wanted, etc....).
Now women and men are more equal and most people just don't care if the man gets lovesick, whimpy and more feminine . (It is proven that more "feminine" men make better partners and husbands). Women (back in the day), weren't aloud to show aggressiveness, joy or "pleasure". Now women can show their confidence and sexual sides because all those stereotypes aren't really applied anymore.
I wouldn't really say that the genders are confused, it's more just the beliefs and the gender stereotypes of society that are evolving with time.
I think that this has resulted in some men who would only have been able to get a woman and hold onto her through dominance and control feeling more insecure and resentful of women. It has also resulted in some lazy, immature men latching onto a strong, successful, confident woman and holding onto her for dear life.

I just ignore the person (who is quite troll-like IMO) myself, there is no point to giving them attention/comments/arguments/advice and I think most of us overall have learned not to get sucked into dialogue with him.
