Healthy Sex Support Group
This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.

Success depends on what method you use and how your skin can handle it. . My skin is WAY too thin and delicate, shaving has always left raw red and sometimes bleeding bumps, even when I used a sharp razor. Waxing pulls my skin off as well as my hair.
Both hair removal methods result in itchy ingrown hairs that never emerge unless i coax them out with tweezers. The only form of pube removal I would consider is trimming, as in something that can be accomplished with scissors or electric clippers.
I don't think pubic hair is unattractive, I don't think it gets in the way. So why would I put myself or my partner through all that suffering for no reason? I don't mind my partner's pubic hair, none of my partners ever had complaints about mine.
I think that pubic exfoliation is more widespread now than when i was a youth, so perhaps more people expect it now. I'm a pretty earthy woman, I don't even shave my pits unless I'm wearing a formal sleeveless dress, and I don't even shave my legs in winter. People who get involved with me tend to have the same attitude.
