joyous--------------i know how that is. my cervix is tilted also and i also have fibro. it is no fun. but things are still possible. does he have a recliner? sometimes him sitting in a reclined position and then you getting on top like that is a better options. or doggie style?

Doggie style really doesnt do it for me. Id love to do it on a chair, but again, he's "beyond trying new things".

Mookie (parrot) is starting to come around very nicely. He's not biting as much as he was (unless I touch his snuggie, he's very protective of it and will rip my hand to shreads). When I say "love snuggie", he'll lean his body against snuggie and rub his head on snuggie. He's been imitating the cardinals when I take him out on the deck in the evening, he's been imitaing my movements when I play music and do the goofy parrot dance for him, he loves his morning shower. I've been working with him on waving good-bye and yesterday he waved good-bye twice when I said good-bye to him. He nods his head yes when I ask him if he wants a shower or if I say "is that good" when he's eating. He loves playing peek-a-boo.

I just got in touch with an old friend who I haven't talked to since I was in 9th grade. It's amazing to me how I can talk to him just like old times :)

it has rained everyday this week. I feel like a duck.

Douchebags on World of Warcraft are pissing my boyfriend off. Trying to do Burning Crusade raids and everyone leaves. *sigh*

Not a big deal to me because I play for fun, but my bf wants to do them badly and things just don't go as planned.

Kira my bf lives in tx too and he said that it's been raining there for a week. I hope you guys get some sunshine soon. :)

We're supposed to get all day rain tomorrow but I'll believe that when I see it. We got 20 minutes of rain yesterday with a tornado warning (which we could do without) but that was it, I don't remember the last time we had a good rain fall.

Leather....so glad to hear Mookie is doing so good. Parrots are such amazing little creatures. When he waves to you, does he use his wings or foot?

I had budgies a few years back, and when i would leave or come in, they would wave at me with their wings. :D I've seen some budgies and other parrots, that actually used their foot to wave.

My Nutty *sun conure* loves her snuggie, too. Do not go near it unless ya wanna lose some blood lol. Keep us posted on how Mookie is doing. I love to hear bird stories.

we apparently had some rain last night. but it wasnt enough. the soil is all cracked and my plants are all droopy. i actually went to the extent of digging holes AROUND my plants that i can fill with water to slowly seep in around the plants. i wont be surprised if i dont get a single fruit or vegetable this year.

Saucy.......Mookie uses his right foot to wave, lifts it up and then open and closes his claw a couple of times. He got his snuggie untied from the cage bars but I didn't dare tie it back up until he was out of the cage and on his jungle gym.

I'm sad that a new friend on here deleted me and seems to have me blocked. I don't understand because yesterday she and I got along great and I could totally see us becoming really close, and today, she's just done with me. I'm sad. :(

It felt great to hit the gym hard tonight. I haven't done that in a while!
