we need some rain! it has been a really dry summer so far. i need to hurry up and get my rain barrels built too.

i have both my kids on me right now. looks like it is going to be a mommy kind of day. lol.

I've been up since 4:30 a.m., I washed my car which the birds have been using for target practice.....yuck! Ran half the lake, fast walked the other half (5 miles total), got it in before the rain, hit the gym for an hour and now I'm ready to crash but have too much to do.

i need to get off my ass and get a bunch of cleaning done. the kids are whining non-stop that they want to do something "fun" today. we were running around all last week! sorry kids, we are under heat advisory! its time to stay inside and clean today! my 6 year old is about to get grounded. i hate it when they push me to a yelling point.

i think i may pick up a second hula-hoop at walmart today to see if i can start doing 2 arms at the same time or lasso and hula-hoop at the same time.

if my tummy continues to act up i will go back to the doc. i want to eat, but it hurts to eat. but then it hurts when im hungry. its a no win situation. i think i am just going to have some vegetable soup with a side of steamed carrots for dinner tonight.
